What is the relationship between ICTs and the classroom?

Schools that teach youth to make meaningful use of ICT and build systems support cognition, will open doors to new opportunities for access to a greater flow of information, greater chances for reaching teaching resources and employment opportunities. Because information technology and communication, not merely a means or a tool to develop intelligence, but a multidimensional space, public, collaborative construction of ideas, concepts and interpretations, the organization and action. ICTs create a space that can be integrated and complement the work of the classroom, especially in experimentation and learning other ways of knowing and other ways to express themselves, communicate and be visible. Also, the increased availability of information will be better utilized if it teaches young people to ask questions and cut with novel approaches to problems, fit and significant. Finally, not least, we face potential chances to promote, encourage and prepare young people for participation in social and public life to ideas and their own criteria. Thus, the greater and better access to opportunities provided by ICTs contribute to the democratization
